You cannot rename, copy and move files. Log in to your account and go to the tab FILE MANAGER and choose the files you want to delete, then click delete.5. How do I create a list that states the name of all the files in a folder?
Go to the tab File Manager. Then select the directory you want, and all the files of the selected directory will be displayed on the right hand side of the page.6. I don't like my username. Can you change it for me?

This rarely ever happens, but sometimes your files may not appear promptly due to the spike of traffic and the amount of other people who have uploaded files to our server. It has then queued your file to appear on our website and will put it up as soon as it gets to it. This process can take up to a few minutes.4. Why do my files keep disappearing?
Your files were most likely removed by us if we have received complaint from copyright holders or other authority and thus complied with their terms of removing the file(s).5. I regret uploading some files. Can I delete them?

This function is exclusively for Premium members only.3. I can NEVER download any files. What is going on?
If you are a free user you may experience this. We give privilege and priority to Premium Account holders. It can also be because you are using a Download Accelerator not approved or a tool that is made by a 3rd Party company, not related to YunFile.com. If you are still seeing problems, maybe you have cookies blocked on your proxy. Disable this and it should have solved most of the problems.4.
